You express quite well the disdain of Republicans and the way they use and manipulate "blue collar Democrats" into voting against their own best interests. Wow, the BBC just interviewed the Chinese ambassador to the UN and the questioning came
around to China's defense budget and Rumsfeld's criticism over the spiraling amount. He was

Fox News Producer Resigns Over Middle East Coverage

Two weeks ago, two producers working for Fox News in Amman, Jordan resigned in protest of the network's coverage. In their resignation letter, Serene Sabbagh and Jomana Karadsheh wrote "We can no longer work with a news organization that claims to be fair and balanced when you are so far from that."

I recommend two places in Iowa City.

-The Cottage. I worked there during school, and although the old house it used to be in is gone, the new one still features good coffee and great baked goods.

-Hamburg Inn. Not so much a coffee shop, but a diner. You may find it fun to sit in the Ronald Reagan booth. He dined there shortly after leaving the White House. Great breakfast.

Oh, and in Milwaukee, I highly recommend Kopps. Unbelievably good cheeseburgers and custard. It is Wisconsin after all!
