First and foremost about the North Korean test is it should be considered a failed test. They do not have a nuclear bomb capability; they are not a member of the Club. Do not feed into the hysteria; knock it down. We don't need another chorus section of squealing little girls with their new bogey man that's gonna get them. Plays right into the malevolant forces, neo-cons, that need to be castrated, and Japan's right-wing.

China must be very nervous that the test is going to push Japan into a bomb program that will take only months to be successful.

Anybody who does not believe that North Korea is now a full fledged nuclear power that must be eliminated is Un-patriotic. We now must get squarely behind our President to combat Evil in North Asia. They hate us for our Freedoms and wish to bring us down to their level of miserable existence. Do not go all wobbley.

There was a lot of good that came out of Clinton's agreement with N Korea, including containment, and Colin Powell wanted to build on that. bush squelched any prayer of the clinton plan working, with no alternative policy in place. at least clinton had a plan. sound familiar? bush did nothing for the last six (6) years. mccain should answer how the bush approach was superior to the clinton agreement that bush scrapped in 2002. someone must ask mccain to justify his remarks. christ, i grow weary of unchallenged pontification from these monsters. i think mccain left a few loose screws in his cage.
