I think these are a good critical start and more specific than the
generalized high school Monica Lewinsky abilities. I am sure I
have left out many more as regards "Foreign" geography, the
ability to see, repeat and believe after awhile an imaginary cross
drawn in the sand, knowing the hearts and souls of Russian KGB
agents/presidents and unqualified Supreme Court Justices and
of course taking care of senior citizens.

As a grassroots conservative activist, I know dozens of folks who worked for Bush as well as other issues. Many of these folks are doing NOTHING for John McCain because he simply does not deserve our efforts.

Nobody is out there pounding the streets for John McCain and that is one big reason the boy is going to LOSE to Obama. In 2004 Republican volunteers and the Swift Boats beat the paid army of the Democrats.

In 2008 the Democrats will have the money, the paid army AND the volunteers while the Republicans are going to have NOTHING but a bankrupt record.

All Obama has to do is keep the polls tight and his field team will absolutely splatter McCain in the swing states. Many Demo congressmen and senate candidates will give the juice to drag Obama over the finish line for a win.

In sum, McCain sucks and I am not lifting a finger for the boy.

Mitt Romney was busy trying to breed enough sons to staff the entire campaign. They have a busy task of supporting the war effort at home by endorsing it and not serving. Maybe they can squeeze in some additional time.

You have to give McCain props in that regard as well.

This is a good chance though, if young progressive leaning types get in, the future for policy could move that way as well.

Oftentimes McCain's campaign corrects his statements. So, would you "reconfirm" whether his campaign meant that they seek "new interns" or those "newly interred"

Wow Steve, I sure would hate to see many of the bright and best influenced by all the nastiness radiating from Campaign McCain. I believe that the influences of the powerful people on young impressionable minds is dangerous. I believe it will promote more division in our country, as McCain himself and his cronies do.
I truly don't know too many average people around my neck of the woods who are happy with the choices for president this go round.

Rich people USED to be able to empathize with and work for the
working class and poor. Witness FDR, JFK, and LBJ. Maybe it takes
someone with a three-initial name. With a few exceptions, most
politicians have been well-off compared to their fellow citizens.
Who else has the time to run for office?

So it's not McCain's wealth that makes him a hypocrite. It's what he
does with his position.

He better put out a call for some brain surgeons too....

Obama did this months ago with the Obama Fellows program. Here in Virginia, I've met six Obama fellows already, just from attending democratic party events. One was only 15 years old, one was a mom of teenagers. Black and white. It's a great group.

Years ago, having had been a shortlived participant in the outlaw biker scene, I had to laugh at McCain's geekish "roar of fifty thousand Harley's" remark.

I've been to parties where a pathetically staged remark like that would have got you killed, with your panhead's numbers morphing into a whole new scooter.

I doubt many in the crowd felt the comraderie that McCain so clumsily tried to instill. 'Course, I could be wrong, as so many vets have now joined the weekend biker/pseudo outlaw flock.

One thing is for sure, I don't think you'd have much chance of plopping Cindy's gold plated fanny down on the pinon seat of an old rigid. If the roar of engines tittilates that gal, you can bet its the sound of a Lear doing it.
