China Piece. . .and IAEA

Out of deference to my colleague, Jeffrey Lewis, my piece on China's next high altitude moves is "temporarily" on hold. It has not been deleted...just shelved for a day or two pending further info.
I should say though that senior Obama campaign staff were talking to me about the prospects for this now unspecified China action before I wrote the post.
So, temporarily on hold out of deference to a great blogger.
On another front, the IAEA report to governors on Iran is now slated for a week from today -- September 15th. More on that then.
